On our Flavours to Savour trip you’ll start out in Vancouver where you’ll sample the city’s food trends, you’ll head on to Salt Spring Island for some wine and beer tasting and afterwards you’ll eat like a Canadian in Victoria. From there you’ll visit Whistler for some serious fine dining before finishing up in Kelowna with some wine tasting and chilling.

This exciting trip to Canada includes international flights, car hire, BC Ferry crossings, selected excursions, accommodation with most breakfasts as well as 1 lunch and 1 dinner. 

From the first conversation until you arrive home from your holiday, you’ll be looked after by one of our Travel Designers who has travelled extensively in the region and will give advice from their personal experience on how to make the most out of your trip. All of our trips are entirely bespoke and we will continually refine your itinerary until it’s perfect.







Ready for some epic eats, Canadian style? The day for your foodie tour around Canada is here at last! You’ll arrive in Vancouver where a guide will meet you and take you to your hotel, the West End Guest House, to settle in. While you’re there you’ll enjoy a 'Guilty Pleasures Gourmet Tour of downtown Vancouver. On this three hour food tasting extravaganza you’ll learn about the city’s food trends and culture and get to try everything from dim sum and salmon sashimi to North America’s best gelato.


Gulf Islands


Today you’ll pick up your hire car and take the ferry across to the foodie heaven that is Salt Spring Island, one of the Gulf Islands. At the Saturday and Tuesday markets everything is grown, baked, made or foraged on the island. After you’ve indulged in plenty of local dishes and sufficiently lined your stomach, you’ll go wine tasting at three different wineries and beer tasting at a local brewery.




It’s time to head to the thriving city of Victoria where you’ll take part in an 'Eat Like a Canadian Tour'. Over the next two hours you’ll sip and sample your way through classic Canadian cuisine including poutine, maple syrup and candied salmon.  

During your time in Victoria, you'll be staying in the charming Abigail's B&B.




It’s time to head to the mountains. You’ll be staying in Whistler’s only lakeside lodge, The Cove Lakeside Resort, just 500m from the Whistler Mountain Creekside high-speed chairlift. If that sounds like too much hard work there’s also a lake view patio, spa and hot tub. Ready for some fine dining? On the 'Finer Things Dinner Tour' you’ll enjoy four delicious courses at four award-winning restaurants and even visit a 15,000 bottle wine cellar where you’ll sample champagne.




Your last stop in Canada is Kelowna where you’ll be staying right next to one of the most popular attractions; the Gellatly Nut Farm, which boasts 100-year-old trees and heritage buildings. 

Whilst here you’ll enjoy a half day wine tour of the region. Otherwise your time is yours to spend as you please; chill out in the hotel spa, pools and hot tub, BBQ yourself a beachside picnic or simply kick back and relax next to the fire pits. 

On Day 11 you’ll head home with a full belly and plenty of new Canadian recipe ideas to try and recreate at home.
