Days 4 and 5 will see you exploring the 3 different zones within the park - the Tala, Magadhi, and Khitauli - each offering unique landscapes of dense forests and expansive plains. Spend your time uncovering the local wildlife, by jumping onto morning and afternoon safaris in each of these spectacular zones. With a high density of Bengal tigers, Bandhavgarh offers every chance of spotting these majestic creatures prowling amongst the tropical forests.
Kanha National Park
On day 6, you’ll wave a fond goodbye to the now familiar terrain of Bandhavgarh and embark on a new adventure to nearby Kanha National Park. After a hazy morning drive, you will have the rest of the day to enjoy at your leisure to get to grips with the surroundings and local wildlife.

With a knowledgeable naturalist at the wheel you'll make your way through the park's endless sal forests and grassy meadows to seek out the Bengal tiger.
As you whizz along watch langur monkeys swing from the trees above, Indian bison grazing in the meadows and listen to the songs of the park's plentiful birdlife. Kanha is also home to rarer wildlife species, from solitary leopards to rarely-seen barasingha deer. Alongside the diverse sightings of animals, one of the main attractions of this park is the Bamni Dadar, most commonly known as ‘Sunset Point’. It offers a breathtaking backdrop of a spectacular sunset, set against the grazing deer within the park.
There are acres of land to delve into and three nights provide the perfect opportunity to take it all in.
Pench National Park
You’ll leave the landscape of Kanha today and drive on to Pench, the last out of these three beautiful national parks in Madhya Pradesh to indulge in. After a morning's drive, you will check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
It’s easy to see why Pench is said to have been the inspiration for Rudyard Kipling’s famous novel ‘The Jungle Book’, as there are acres of picturesque park to explore and wildlife sightings galore. With a range of animals, and bird species on offer, this is the perfect jungle visit.
Days 10 and 11 will see you taking exciting safari trips around the park, uncovering areas of true, natural beauty whilst on the lookout for the splendour of the native tigers! With fewer visitors than other parks in Madhya Pradesh, as you whistle through Pench's extensive teak tree forest you are likely to have much of it to yourself, with the alarm calls from exotic animals and native birdsong will help to guide your safari experience!
On day 12, you’ll enjoy one final morning safari in Pench National Park before driving to Nagpur, where you will take an evening flight back to the UK, via the city of Mumbai.
