Adventure to the Geysers of El Tatio, Atacama Desert

You’ll be springing out of bed in the early hours of the morning, as you get ready to take in a spectacular sunrise on this ambient adventure to the Geysers of El Tatio.

As one of San Pedro de Atacama’s most loved sights, the El Tatio geyser field is not to be missed. It is one of the biggest geothermal fields in the globe, with a collection spanning more than 80 geysers. As the flourishing fountains shoot their boiling jets up to 10m high into the sky, watch in admiration as the sun’s very first rays reflect countless colours, dancing with the rising steam and surrounding summits. Whilst bright yellow and orange hues emerge from the horizon, absorb the backdrop as the vivid colours transform the sky into a magical sea of pink.

Take a snapshot or two, and once you’ve had a moment to regale in the spectacular morning show, you can warm up by slipping into one of the nearby hot springs. Relaxation is definitely on the agenda here, as you enjoy a peaceful respite, basking in the warming waters and stunning solitude that will be sure to engulf you. Take a little swim if you feel like stretching your aching limbs.

After such a unique events, it’s time to dry off and step back into some warmer layers, ready to head back to your hotel.
