From the first conversation until you arrive home from your holiday, you’ll be looked after by one of our Travel Designers who has travelled extensively in the region and will give advice from their personal experience on how to make the most out of your time in Belize.

Fly to the glamorous city of Miami, where you'll overnight at the plush Pullman Miami Airport Hotel before starting your family adventure in Belize. Get a good night's sleep, ready to head off feeling nice and refreshed.
On the morning of Day 2, you'll wave goodbye to Miami and head to peaceful Belize City, just an hour and a half from Miami by plane. You'll be picked up by an English-speaking driver who will take you to the Mountain Pine Ridge area of San Ignacio, where you'll be staying at the plush Lodge at Chaa Creek. This eco lodge is committed to sustainable travel and responsible tourism, and offers an abundance of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Spend your first night unwinding, and perhaps enjoying the spa or infinity pool.
Day 3 is when the real adventure starts! Here you'll experience the brilliant tropical jungle from a bird's eye view 80 feet off the ground. After your zipline adventure, experience the peace of the jungle river, as you gently drift along on an inner tube, then glide through a network of caves to discover the dramatic shapes of crystal formations and intriguing Maya inscriptions. You also have the option to go horse-riding through the lush jungle.
After all that adventure you need a break, so on Day 4 you'll visit Chaa Creek's butterfly farm. See how many colourful species you can identify while learning about the life cycle of these delicate insects, from the very hungry caterpillar to the fascinating soft-winged creatures. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you wish.

On Day 5, it's time to bid farewell to the steamy jungle and head to the coast for the second leg of your family adventure. After a three-and-a-half hour journey, you'll check into your beachfront room at the Hamanasi Adventure & Dive Resort. Set in a private nature reserve, the resort has four eco zones, so there's plenty to explore on your first evening.
On Day 6, it's time for another adventure – this time under the sea! You'll be taken on an exciting snorkelling tour with an English-speaking guide - there are different sites to explore depending on your experience. Thanks to the gentle currents and shallow reefs, you're likely to come across a number of spectacular marine creatures including stingrays, tarpon, eagle rays and octopuses. If you're lucky, you might even spot a dolphin - many people have!
From the waters of the ocean to the wild rivers of the jungle, on Day 7 you're off for a kayaking or canoeing experience. Starting in the lush, dense jungle, you'll travel downstream towards the impressive mangrove forests at the ocean mouth. Along the way, see if you can spot cheeky orange and green iguanas chilling in the trees above you, wave hello to the sleepy crocodiles relaxing at the edge of the water, and listen to the calls of an array of birds including motmots, herons, egrets, toucans and parrots.
Day 8 is free to spend however you like. Opt for a peaceful day at the beach making use of the hotel's fantastic facilities, or by take advantage of some of the optional activities which include sailing, paddle boarding, snorkelling and scuba diving.
On Day 9, you’ll wave goodbye to the soft white sands and crashing waves as you head home. You'll be taken to the Dangriga airstrip for the short flight to Belize where you'll catch your international flight home. Along the way, you'll have plenty of time to reflect on your fun-packed family adventures in Belize and prepare lots of awesome stories to tell your family and friends when you get home.
