Mindfulness in the Garden, Luang Prabang

If a morning of relaxation and escapism is just what you need, then book in to a yoga and meditation session at the Pha Tas Ke Botanical Garden. Mindfulness in the Garden is a morning session run by Michelle, located in the Pha Tas Ke Botanical Garden.

You’ll need to wake up early for this one as the boat leaves Luang Prabang at 7:00 and takes 15 minutes to reach Pha Tas Ke Botanical Garden. With over 2000 species of plants located here, your morning yoga and meditation will originate in the heart of the garden amid the nature and wildlife.

A short introduction will begin upon arrival, where Michelle will welcome you to the group, followed by a relaxing ‘Welcome the Day’ meditation session. A short break will be given after the meditation session where local, detoxifying herbal teas will be served. The yoga begins shortly after, a chance to stretch and strengthen your body in a beautifully peaceful setting.

After the yoga and meditation has ended, a delicious breakfast will be served alongside the peace and tranquillity of the lotus pond before boarding the boat and heading back to Luang Prabang.
