You’ll start your trip in Chiang Mai in the mountainous region in the north, before flying to Bangkok and exploring areas around there, then ending up on the paradise island of Koh Lanta, where you’ll explore colorful underwater life and top up your tan.

Chiang Mai


On day one, you’ll be giddy with excitement and telling Facebook you’re at the airport. You’ll fly to Chiang Mai via Bangkok. Spend your time in Chiang Mai touring temples, gaining an insight into life as a monk, cycling in the rugged countryside and learning to cook with a local family.

Historical town

You’ll say goodbye to Chiang Mai and head to Sukhothai. On the way, you’ll stop by Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, one of the most revered temples in Thailand before continuing onto your hotel. You’ll spend the next day visiting Sukhothai Historical Park where you’ll see the remains of nearly 200 Buddhist chedis (stupas).

Capital City

After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll head to Sukhothai airport and fly to Bangkok. Your guide will meet you and take you to your hotel. Tomorrow you’ll see a more authentic side to the vibrant city. You’ll travel on Bangkok’s public transport and see iconic attractions like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho.

Leave the city lights of Bangkok behind for Kanchanaburi. On the way, you’ll stop at a vibrant market set on up the train tracks in Mae Klong before settling into your hotel. You'll spend the next few days learning about the history of WWII and the infamous 'Death Railway', and experiencing the natural beauty of the area. The highlight of your time in Kanchanaburi is sure to be your encounter with the majestic Asian elephants in one of the most unusual - and most importantly - ethical places in the country.

Koh Lanta


Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to Bangkok airport for your short flight to Krabi where you'll meet your guide and transfer to Koh Lanta by boat. You'll spend the next few days relaxing on soft sand beaches and soaking up the beautiful sights of the island.
