Atacama Desert

General Tour

On day five you’ll head out into the desert. Other than the poles, the Atacama Desert is the driest place on the globe – but fortunately for you, your hotel boasts a lovely pool! Spend your time in the desert as you choose. We'd recommend a horse riding excursion for amazing views, and an evening spent stargazing with an Atacaman local. The unpolluted skies are some of the best in the world for spotting constellations! Head to the spectacular Moon Valley at sunset, known for its rugged sand and stone formations carved out by wind and water for an out of this world experience. If relaxation is the order of the day, you can also choose to take a day trip out to the Puritama Hot Springs and feel any stresses melt away in the thermal waters.

On day 10, you'll enjoy a private tour to Maipo Valley to visit two famous vineyards; Viña Santa Rita and Perez Cruz Winery, where you'll of course get to sample some of the finest Chilean wines whilst learning about how the wine is made. We can't think of a more perfect way to soak up the charm of the area!

The following day you'll head home feeling relaxed and recharged after your Chilean adventure.
